Refunds and returns are on a case by case basis.

- Return shipping costs are unfortunately not covered
- Unfortunately we cannot accept returns and refunds for change of mind, as our products are made to order
- Products must include all original contents of your package (including corks, tags, etc.)
- We will ask you to supply photographs of any claims (damage, etc.) before issuing a replacement product
- In the event of a refund, you will receive funds via your original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Please note due to hygiene reasons, there is no returns or exchanges on any of the earrings that leave the studio. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
